On the designated Go-Live date, employees will receive an email with registration instructions. Once they log in, they’ll be guided through a brief questionnaire, a platform tour, and a set of FAQs to help them get started.
We use a variety of communication methods to reach employees, including direct mail, email, in-office materials like posters and flyers, and in-person interactions such as participating in benefits fairs, sponsorship opportunities, and user groups. We ensure communications comply with opt-in requirements.
We maintain regular communication with employees, sending direct mail pieces quarterly and emails every 2-3 weeks to share platform updates, educational content, and the ENLIGHT newsletter.
Faros Health ENLIGHT empowers employees to find the answers they need on their own, reducing the number of questions that typically come to HR. The ENLIGHT resources section covers many common questions related to insurance coverage, allowing HR to focus on other priorities while employees easily access the information they need.
Your Client Success Manager will provide monthly summary reports highlighting member utilization and employee engagement metrics. You may also view utilization on the dashboard in the Admin Portal at any time.
Data in the Admin Portal is updated daily.
Faros Health will notify you of product updates via email, directly within the platform, and through our quarterly admin portal user’s newsletter.
