How do I access the Faros Health ENLIGHT Admin Portal?

On the designated Go-Live date, you will receive an email invitation to set up your admin user account. You can access the platform at admin.searchfaros.com

How does Faros Health support employee engagement?

Faros Health fosters employee engagement through a collaborative, customized, and high-touch approach, tailored to the unique needs of your workforce. We craft integrated communication strategies and provide personalized materials and resources that align seamlessly with your organization's goals, driving adoption and engagement on the Faros Health ENLIGHT platform.  

Can we integrate our branding?

We highly encourage co-branding, as it helps employees recognize this as an employer-sponsored benefit, increasing their likelihood of participation. Moreover, when employees see their organization’s brand associated with the benefit, they feel valued and appreciated, reinforcing the organization's investment in their well-being.

What is the onboarding process for employees like?

On the designated Go-Live date, employees will receive an email with registration instructions. Once they log in, they’ll be guided through a brief questionnaire, a platform tour, and a set of FAQs to help them get started.

What methods do you use to communicate with employees?

We use a variety of communication methods to reach employees, including direct mail, email, in-office materials like posters and flyers, and in-person interactions such as participating in benefits fairs, sponsorship opportunities, and user groups. We ensure communications comply with opt-in requirements.

How often do you communicate with our employees?

We maintain regular communication with employees, sending direct mail pieces quarterly and emails every 2-3 weeks to share platform updates, educational content, and the ENLIGHT newsletter.

How does Faros Health ENLIGHT save human resources time?

Faros Health ENLIGHT empowers employees to find the answers they need on their own, reducing the number of questions that typically come to HR. The ENLIGHT resources section covers many common questions related to insurance coverage, allowing HR to focus on other priorities while employees easily access the information they need.

How often will Faros Health share utilization data and other insights?

Your Client Success Manager will provide monthly summary reports highlighting member utilization and employee engagement metrics. You may also view utilization on the dashboard in the Admin Portal at any time.

How often are admin dashboards refreshed?

Data in the Admin Portal is updated daily.

How will we be notified of new features and updates to the Admin Portal?

Faros Health will notify you of product updates via email, directly within the platform, and through our quarterly admin portal user’s newsletter.  

Where do I go for help?

For assistance with the Admin Portal, contact your Client Success Manager or you can visit the "Contact Us" section in the footer of the platform. Additionally, our support team is available to help you by phone Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM CT, at (214) 785-0081.
